The Role
We're seeking a proactive and strategic
Sales Account Manager
to drive and expand our presence across the UK and European markets. In this role, you will:
Develop and execute market strategies to grow share in luxury residential and commercial sectors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, BMS/M&E consultants, and installers.
Identify new business opportunities and secure key partnerships across both established and emerging markets.
Deliver exceptional client experiences aligning with our values of excellence and craftsmanship.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, product development) to tailor solutions for target market needs.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven professional with:
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within luxury home technology, HVAC, smart building, or design-focused sectors.
A strategic mindset with strong business development experience across the UK and Europe.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical product offerings and translate benefits for clients.
Flexibility to travel across European markets and attend trade shows, client meetings, or site visits.
Fluency in English, and additional European languages are a distinct advantage.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with brand like Lutron, Crestron Savant & KNX
