We are seeking a Franchise & Business Development Executive specialising in the UK hospitality sector, particularly Chinese cuisine and the London market. The role focuses on expanding our fast-growing Chinese restaurant brand through franchise development, strategic partnerships, and sales growth.
Key responsibilities include analysing sales performance and market trends, identifying new franchise opportunities, and creating tailored business proposals. The executive will manage key customer and franchisee accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and support franchise partners to ensure consistent brand standards. The role also involves developing sales strategies, setting and tracking revenue targets, and contributing to long-term business expansion plans.
Additional duties include coordinating store launches, ensuring compliance with UK hospitality regulations, and recruiting, training, and supporting junior sales or franchise development staff.
Job Requirements - Franchise & Business Development Executive (Hospitality)
Experience in hospitality
, ideally within Chinese restaurants, fast-casual dining, or franchise operations.
Strong understanding of Chinese cuisine
, Chinese food culture, and the London/UK customer market.
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or account management
, preferably aligned with SOC Code 3556 responsibilities.
Ability to
analyse sales data
, prepare business proposals, and support revenue-driven decision-making.
Experience in
franchise development
, store openings, or managing multi-site operations is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage franchisees, partners, and key accounts.
Ability to
set sales targets
, implement sales strategies, and drive consistent business growth.
Competence in
training, supporting, and mentoring junior staff
in sales or business development roles.
Familiarity with
UK hospitality regulations
, food safety standards, and commercial compliance.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English;
Mandarin or Cantonese
