You'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth customer journey -- from initial enquiry through to delivery -- while maintaining an organised and welcoming retail environment.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9:30-5pm, with Saturdays 'on cover' as and when required, with notice (likely 1 a month with a day off in the week on those weeks, plus 1 hour early finish Saturdays)
Day to day
Assist the web order team in processing orders, including overseeing the dispatch process (Royal Mail)
Update online stores for clubs and stock changes
Handling incoming customer enquiries - both calls and emails
Serving in store at GR Teamwear's retail unit
For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to assist in the creation of content and management of social media if of interest.
Essential
Confident speaking to members of the public and a good telephone manner
Good knowledge of Outlook and Excel
Ability to work as part of a team
