Sales Support Administrator / Account Manager
to join our commercial team.
In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers and production -- helping bring innovative supplement products to life. You'll manage customer projects from first enquiry to final dispatch, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.
What you'll be doing:
Building great relationships with customers and supporting their ongoing projects.
Preparing quotations, managing orders, and coordinating artwork and production schedules.
Working closely with planning, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Supporting new product launches and maintaining accurate data across CRM and ERP systems.
What we're looking for:
Experience in
sales support, account management, or customer service
, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or supplements.
Excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of nutraceutical or packaging industries (especially stick sachets) is a plus!
