As Sales Administration Assistant - PGA WORLD, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Golf Travel Sales Executive (PGA World). You'll help ensure smooth day-to-day sales processes, assist with booking management, maintain accurate records, and deliver outstanding customer service to PGA Professionals and their clients. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about golf and travel who wants to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in delivering world-class golf coaching holidays.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Golf Travel Sales Executive in managing daily enquiries, updating CRM, and maintaining accurate sales records. Prepare client documentation, proposals, itineraries, and booking confirmations with a high degree of accuracy. Assist in managing payments, deposits, invoicing, and supplier coordination. Liaise with hotels, resorts, and travel partners to confirm reservations, tee-times, and logistics. Act as a secondary point of contact for clients and PGA Pros, ensuring prompt responses and excellent customer care. Manage and organise documentation for group travel (e.g., rooming lists, transfer schedules, flight details). Provide admin support for marketing activities, including maintaining databases and assisting with social media posts. Monitor deadlines and follow-up tasks to support sales pipeline activity. Help gather and organise client and coach feedback post-trip.

Skills & Competencies



Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy: confident with CRM systems, booking platforms, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Customer-first mindset, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Interest in golf and travel is a strong plus.

Experience & Qualifications



1-2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role (ideally in travel, hospitality, or sports). Previous use of booking systems and/or CRM software preferred. Experience in travel administration, golf travel, or group booking coordination advantageous. Must be located in the United Kingdom.
