Overview



Commercial Play Ltd is seeking a

highly proactive Sales Administrator

to join our team remotely. This isn't a passive admin role -- you'll be driving activity every day by chasing leads, pushing marketing campaigns, and ensuring that no opportunity is left behind.

We need someone

confident, organised, and commercially sharp

who thrives on following up, keeping the sales pipeline moving, and generating momentum. You'll be working closely with the Sales Director but will need to operate independently, managing your own time and workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively follow up on all sales leads (phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM). Chase quotations, ensuring customer responses and meetings are secured. Run and support

remote marketing campaigns

(email shots, LinkedIn activity, social media posting). Manage and update the CRM system with opportunities, pipeline activity, and campaign results. Prepare and format polished proposals, quotations, and customer packs. Provide weekly reports on lead follow-up, pipeline status, and marketing activity. Assist with scheduling virtual meetings, site visits, and diary management. Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.

Skills & Experience



Proven background in sales administration, telemarketing, or business development support.

Proactive and persistent

-- confident picking up the phone and chasing customers. Strong communicator -- persuasive, professional, and comfortable engaging decision-makers. Experience running or supporting

digital marketing campaigns

(emails, social media, LinkedIn). Highly organised, disciplined, and able to thrive in a

remote role

without micromanagement. IT confident -- Office 365, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email campaign tools. Results-driven, motivated by targets and deadlines.
