Job Overview,



We are looking for an organised & customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team supporting the commercial function across out readymix concrete, aggregates & sulphalt operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales orders processing, maintaining accurate records & providing excellent service to our customers. You will work closely with our sales team, customers & operational departments to help deliver on commercial targets & service standards.

Key Responsibilities



Accuratlely process sales orders for all products. Maintain up-to-date customer records & pricing agreements. Generate & distribute quotations, delivery schedules & sales documentation. Coordinate with the finance team to assist with invoicing queries & credit control. Assist with customer account set-up, site access arrangements & compliance documentation.

Person Specification



Experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role, ideally within the Construction Materials or Builiding Products sector. Strong administrative & organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Confident in using Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with prodducts & logistics involved in supplying readymix concrete, aggregates & alphat is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks & respond flexibly to changing priorities. Customer-focused, proavtive & a strong team player.

Key Interfaces



Sales Team - Daily coordination to support pricing, customer service & reporting. Customers/Clients - Primary contact for placing & tracking orders, resolving delivery issues & account queries. Production & Plant Teams - Liaison to ensure accurate scheduling & product availability. Finance Department - Engagement on invoicing, credit checks & payment tracking. Technical & Quality Teams - Communication on material specifications, compliance & test results when required.
