ecube works in the aviation industry with customers who are well known airlines but also complex lessors and other service companies.

We have businesses in Wales, Spain and Arizona USA but all of the commercial administration and planning is carried out in the Wales HQ.

The journey of an aircraft through ecube is complex with a lot of customer liaison and commercial paperwork to "transition" the aircraft either through to disassembly or to return it to service.

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our sales team. This role supports the sales function by managing aircraft component documentation and handling customer enquiries across our e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels.

Main Responsibilities:



Aircraft Component Documentation Assist in compiling, verifying, and maintaining trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA). Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for sales and compliance purposes. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies. E-Commerce & Customer Support Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, PartsBase), website and social media platforms. Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details in a timely and professional manner. Support the listing and updating of inventory on e-commerce platforms. Sales Administration Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate invoices. Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, leads, and order status. Assist in generating sales reports and supporting inventory planning.

Skills/Experience:



Experience in sales administration, preferably within aviation. Familiarity with aircraft component trace documentation and regulatory standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
