In this role, you will:
Handle incoming calls and email enquiries
Serve retail customers in our showroom
Book customer appointments for both sales consultations and installations
Provide support to trade (B2B) customers by phone and email, including updates on order status
Carry out a range of general administrative duties to support the sales process
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in a busy administrative environment, who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You'll need to be confident both in-person and over the phone, with a friendly and professional manner.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales administration or a similar role
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High level of computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Previous experience using a database or CRM system is advantageous
Ability to remain calm and focused in busy situations
Strong organisational skills and punctual timekeeping
A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
