Job Description

We are looking for an Sales Administrator to join our well-established manufacturing business in the heart of Birmingham.

We are looking for the following from all candidates:



Confident, friendly and approachable Focused and eager to learn Polite and professional telephone manner Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Detail-oriented and highly organised

Preferred Experience (Highly Beneficial):



Background in a customer service environment Skilled in managing client relationships and handling expectations Confident using the telephone for daily client communications Experience working with B2B clients and fostering strong partnerships Familiarity with manufacturing environments

Key Responsibilities Include:



Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them appropriately Processing customer orders and managing delivery follow-ups Filing and general administrative support Greeting visitors and managing postal deliveries
Training will be provided for each role and for the companies internal PC applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
