Preferred Experience (Highly Beneficial):
Background in a customer service environment
Skilled in managing client relationships and handling expectations
Confident using the telephone for daily client communications
Experience working with B2B clients and fostering strong partnerships
Familiarity with manufacturing environments
Key Responsibilities Include:
Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them appropriately
Processing customer orders and managing delivery follow-ups
Filing and general administrative support
Greeting visitors and managing postal deliveries
Training will be provided for each role and for the companies internal PC applications.
