Overview:



We are seeking an experienced

Sales Administrator

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the sales department, ensuring the smooth running of sales processes and exceptional service to clients. A strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of digital marketing are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients to ensure timely delivery of information and service. Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and presentations for management. Assist with the creation and management of marketing materials, newsletters, and online campaigns. Support digital marketing activities such as updating website content, social media scheduling, and email marketing. Liaise with suppliers and partners to obtain quotes and coordinate logistics when required. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Contribute to process improvements and help implement IT and digital tools to enhance sales efficiency. Conduct product and market research to identify trends, customer requests, and opportunities for service improvements.

Key Skills & Attributes:



Proven experience in a

Sales Administration

or

Sales Support

role. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. IT literate - proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. A proactive and adaptable team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar Sales Administration or Marketing Support role. Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
