Premier Support Services are a 30m national soft services provider -- and we're growing fast. To keep up with the pace, we're looking for an
exceptional Sales Administrator
to help keep our expanding sales function running smoothly, efficiently, and brilliantly.
This is a key role supporting our Business Development Managers and leadership team -- perfect for someone who loves
organisation, communication, and getting things done

What you'll be doing
Providing
day-to-day administrative support
to the sales and bid teams
Coordinating meetings, calls and follow-ups -- keeping everything (and everyone!) on track
Assisting with
bid documentation, proposals and written content
Managing sales reports, CRM updates and pipeline tracking
Acting as the calm centre of the storm -- making sure deadlines are met and opportunities move forward
