We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised

Sales Administrator

to join our growing team.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, office-based position suited to a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Working closely with the Sales Team, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our Account Managers and act as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Handling and routing incoming telephone calls Responding professionally to customer and supplier email enquiries Processing customer orders accurately on the internal systems Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day sales administration Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
Full training will be provided; however, precision, organisation, and a proactive approach are essential. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities for further development within the Sales Team.

Skills & Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation Previous experience in an office administration or sales support role Competence with computer systems and sales/order processing software Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,600.00-27,000.00 per year
