Job Description

Office Administrator



- Reception Duties meeting and greeting customers and answering the phones.

- Sales order processing

- Handle calls from customers giving advice on stock availability, prices and delivery.

- Input orders on system

- Make calls to customers and suppliers

- Sales order processing and liaison with sale reps, stock controller and warehouse staff.

- Administrative support to maintain selling price files.

- Ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the sales office.

- You must have excellent IT user skills with good knowledge of SAGE, Microsoft Office and excel.

You must have excellent communication skills that will enable you to build solid relationships with customers, suppliers and logistics partners.

You will have the ability to use your own initiative, be a problem-solver and be a proactive team player.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to join an expanding sales department. You must enjoy working at a fast pace whilst maintaining high standards and paying attention to detail.
