We are growing fast and looking for Maternity cover for our Sales Admin role
This is an office role that provides considerable variety and combines customer relationship management with order processing.
You must be organised, have excellent number/excel skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
You will need to have been in a very similar role before and carry out the following tasks effectively:
be the point of contact for customers including E commerce .
Check the accuracy of orders and follow their progress through to being delivered. This involves working with our warehouses in the UK and the EU using warehouse management systems, Mintsoft, and Xero.
Be experienced in using platforms for retailers like Ocado, Wholefoods etc.
Complete new line forms for new listings, manage and keep records of customer promotions, pricing.
Update stock levels on Shopify site.
Complete export documentation for export customers such as packing lists, commerical invoices etc

Cheerful and efficient customer service and problem solving using initiative.
excellent verbal and written communication skills , the ability to work in a team, persistence and to work well under pressure in a fast growing business.
Advanced EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT
Have previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably the food industry using batch codes etc.
Be able to work to tight deadlines with a flexible working approach to varying work loads
Prior experience in a sales admin/finance role

Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office suite
Strong time management and organizational skills
Prior experience in administrative roles
Customer service experience
Great IT skills
Valid driver's license
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
