Rose Signage Co, a luxury wedding stationery business, are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer service-driven candidate.
Job Role:
Printing and organising daily sales from our Etsy store and Website
Correctly handling orders to the correct departments
Handling customer Emails and Etsy messages
Working with customers on queries and order details
Making updates to orders and designs
Providing support to customers with outstanding customer service
Responsibilities
Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong computer literacy and IT skills to navigate various software applications effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
