Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Department

You will be assisting in the administration, organisation and smooth running of the sales office. You will become part of a professional team delivering a first-class service.

General administrative duties to assist in the running of the department include (but are not limited to):



Communicating with our customers by e-mail and over the telephone Effectively using the CRM system to book sales appointments Manage and organise the sales diary Liaise with the sales team to communicate sales appointments, share customer information and acquire results Take payments over the phone for deposits Manage and update the CRM database with customer information To answer the phone and deal with calls effectively, taking messages where necessary and communicate them to the recipient.

Your skills / knowledge will include:



Previous experience in a sales environment Using interpersonal skills to create and sustain effective relationships with customers Confident, enthusiastic and motivated Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Have good IT Skills with a knowledge of Word and Outlook Be a good communicator with excellent telephone and customer service skills Excellent communication skills at all levels verbal and written, with good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
