Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Sales Administrator to support the activities of the Business Development Manager (BDM). This role is central to ensuring the smooth management of sales operations, customer relationships, internal coordination, and the administrative controls required to maintain recurring revenue discipline across Microsoft cloud, modern workplace, cybersecurity, and managed service solutions. This role is a key enabler for growth, requiring exceptional attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to coordinate multi-departmental activities with accuracy and pace. Key Responsibilities:

o

Research opportunities within the existing customer base to support license expansion and contract growth

o

Support the BDM with managing sales opportunities, renewals, and sales activities within HubSpot

o

Prepare and process sales orders for new business, upgrades, and expansions

o

Liaise with technical, projects, contracts, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure accurate provisioning and timely onboarding of services sold

o

Coordinate contract amendments, ensure billing accuracy, and track customer life cycle triggers

o

Prepare documentation, quotes, statements of work, and license schedules

o

Monitor CRM data quality and support adherence to ACTORS sales governance rules

o

Assist with reporting on ARR, seats, churn*, margin, and pipeline hygiene

We're Looking For:

Strong administrative capability with experience in a service or technology-ledenvironment

o

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

o

High personal accountability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving

o

Ability to manage structured processes, documentation, internal handovers, and CRM data integrity

o

Comfort working in a high-tempo, commercially focused environment

o

Behavioural profile aligned to methodical, accurate, process-centric working(REDS principles)

Commitment to supporting the targeted annual sales achievement of 240,000ARR by the BDM, and maintaining customer churnbelow 2%
