Job Description

Role is purely an administrative position - there is no selling or cold calling involved.



The Sales & Marketing Administrator will support the Office Manager by ensuring that all quotes and sales enquiries are dealt with appropriately and that all jobs are allocated and completed in line with the agreed process and timescales. You will be responsible for summary tasks below.

Key Activities:



To answer telephone calls and take accurate sales enquiry details.

To communicate all information via internal e-mail, checking emails daily

To liaise with other internal departments and contractors as required

Raise Sales Quotes and Sales Enquiries on our CRM system.

Chase quotes and input data as required to Chase Log

To provide Go-Ahead quotes to the Customer Account Management team

Type up all survey specifications received either from the surveyor or returned call forms from engineers. Prepare for the surveyor to check.

Update specification sheets as requested.

Book in surveys and manage diaries for Surveyors.

Retrieve all the information necessary e.g., customer name address work or home number as well as mobiles (directions if required) for the surveyor then program appointments geographically.

Liaise with Directors and Office Manager to create and implement impactful marketing campaigns through regularly targeted mailshots, social media postings, and Company web site landing pages.
