Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all new and used vehicle administration generated by our prestigious site. This is an exciting role in a developing franchise which offers a degree of

You will be involved in ordering new cars from our manufacturers and in maintaining our digital and manual records for both new and used cars, so an organised and accurate worker is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Locating and placing orders for new vehicles
Following operational processes for all aspects of new and used vehicles including registration, funding, invoicing & mileage recording
Prepare handover packs to be available for vehicle handover
Maintain full and accurate stock reports and records
Maintain our customer database to ensure integrity of data and to ensure data is kept secure and processed in line with GDPR requirements
Ensure due diligence processes are followed throughout
Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and friendly manner
Engage in training and development to improve skills and performance
Ensure work area, appearance and all vehicles are maintained to uphold company standards and ensure health and safety compliance
Develop and maintain effective communication with work colleagues, manufacturer's representatives and visitors to the dealership
Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc duties

About You:
You will have a passion for delivering excellence and quickly build relationships with colleagues.
You will be highly organised and self-motivated
Our ideal candidate would have at least two years experience in a sales administration department of a motor retailer
