Sales Administrator

Your Role at Cademi:



As Sales Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting our Business Development Manager and wider sales team. You'll help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients by:

Maintaining and updating client data and records in our CRM (we use Pipedrive). Preparing quotations, processing invoices, and managing client contracts. Assisting with onboarding new clients and nurturing ongoing relationships. Coordinating all sales documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Supporting sales performance reporting and pipeline tracking. Providing flexible administrative support across teams as needed.

What You'll Bring to Cademi:



Experience in

sales administration

,

customer service

, or a

client support

role -- ideally in a SaaS or LMS environment. Proficiency with

Microsoft Office 365

(especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with razor-sharp attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A customer-focused, proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit. Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive) is a plus. Adobe experience would also be a bonus.
