Job Description

Key duties include:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation



Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and industry events.

Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

2. Product Knowledge and Presentation



Understand the company's IT products/services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity).

Deliver compelling sales presentations or demos tailored to client needs.

Answer technical and business-related questions clearly and confidently.

3. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Process Management



Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing.

Track sales pipeline and update CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot).

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Market and Competitor Research



Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client needs and market demand.

6. Collaboration



Work with technical teams to understand complex solutions and create tailored offerings.

Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, or lead generation initiatives.

Report to sales managers on performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
