Sales Administrator

to join our team.

The Role

As our Sales Administrator, you will be the central point of coordination between customers, sales consultants, operations, and accounting. You'll ensure every inquiry and order flows smoothly from initial contact to installation, leveraging your technical savvy and sales experience to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Documentation:

Maintain and update customer information, quotes, orders, and project files in CMS.

Accounting Support:

Process invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks.

Digital Workflow:

Prepare and manage contracts and approvals via DocuSign.

Customer Engagement:

Handle inbound sales calls, answer showroom inquiries, and follow up on leads.

Order Coordination:

Liaise with fabricators, installers, and suppliers to schedule and track project milestones.

HR & Health & Safety:

Support HR/HS processes, including onboarding paperwork, safety training tracking, and compliance documentation.
What We're Looking For

Experience:

5+ years in a sales support, sales administration, or showroom environment--ideally within home improvement, construction, or building materials.

Systems Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, QuickBooks, and DocuSign (or similar e-signature tools).

Tech-Savvy:

Strong computer literacy--comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software.

People Skills:

Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication, with a customer-first mindset.

Organizational Prowess:

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Compliance Awareness:

Familiarity with basic HR procedures and health & safety requirements.
