Advanced Packaging is a leading provider in the corrugated cardboard industry, delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality packaging solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Administrator to join our growing team and support our sales and design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process customer quotes accurately and efficiently using ABACA
Coordinate sample and design requests between clients and internal teams
Support the sales team in maintaining excellent customer service standards
Maintain and update customer records and pricing details
Liaise with production and design teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
Handle general administrative tasks within the sales department
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience using ABACA software
Strong understanding of quoting, sampling, and design processes
Previous experience in the corrugated cardboard industry is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
