Helping support daily inquiries from customer
To provide information about products and sizes and answer other specific questions pre-sale
To organise and keep records of sales
Maintain activity records, views, traffic to websites and purchases
Prepares sales records and gives management daily updates
sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity;
maintains office records
maintains receipt of stock delivery records and count of outgoing products
first point of contact to respond to any customer complaints
Other general clerical duties
Filling in as needed with operational duties
