Job Description

Crown Home Buying and Letting Agency is a boutique property agency located in the heart of London, specialising in the sale and letting of luxury apartments within exclusive residential developments. We offer a one-stop, premium service to our clients, covering new home sales, interior solutions, lettings, and property management.

We are now seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth sales progression, accurate administration, and a consistently high standard of client service.

Main Responsibilities



Sales Progression



Assist with the preparation of Memorandums of Sale and TA forms Conduct and support AML and KYC checks in line with HMRC requirements, AML regulations, GDPR, and internal compliance policies Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, brokers, and other parties to monitor transaction progress and clarify outstanding matters Track key transaction milestones, identify delays or risks, and prompt timely follow-ups to help keep transactions on track Accurately record all sales progression updates, legal milestones, and correspondence in the CRM system Ensure all sales and compliance checklists are fully completed and maintained Support Sales Consultants in delivering a high-quality client experience from offer acceptance through to completion Prepare and provide weekly sales activity and progression reports to the Sales Director

Sales & Valuation Support



Assist with property valuations, including the preparation of comparable market analysis (CMA) reports Issue Terms and Conditions and manage vendor onboarding documentation Work closely with the Sales team to ensure all procedural and legal steps are completed efficiently

Administrative & Director Support



Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales Director Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings where required, and take accurate meeting minutes Handle general office administration tasks to support the smooth running of the business Where required, assist directors with additional administrative duties, including HR-related coordination Occasionally assist with property viewings when Sales Consultants are unavailable

Skills & Experience (Preferred)



Previous experience in UK residential property sales, sales progression, or estate agency Strong understanding of UK conveyancing processes and transaction workflows Familiarity with AML and KYC requirements in property transactions Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident manner High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping Confident using CRM systems and digital document management tools Professional, discreet, and client-focused attitude, with a strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
