Role
The role is to carry out various sales administration tasks across the sales teams, in order to allow sales people more time to focus on delivering a great customer journey and securing business.
You will carry administration tasks associated with sales activity. You will work alongside the sales teams and their leadership team. The sales administrator will provide the core direction and support but other managers/team leaders will allocate other duties on an 'as needed' basis. The Sales Administrator will be expected to work closely with the team, developing strong relationships to support sales growth.
Tasks include but not limited to;
Liaising with the sales team
Checking and liaison of Batches to ensure stock is delivered in a timely manner and feeding back changes in dates to sales team.
Processing PO as requested.
Updating data and reports as required.
Liaising with customers
Any general administration as required by the sales team and managers.
Key skills required;
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently to maintain momentum
Ability to work independently and with initiative.
Have a sense of target achievement and the need to support the sales teams in their target goals.
A positive outlook and 'can do' attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Problem solving and effective decision making
High level administration skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hours 0800:-17:00 with 1 hour lunch break
