About the Role:


We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to join our Internal Sales Team! In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Serving as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries. Handling calls and emails promptly and professionally. Generating quotations and processing orders through our internal system. Scanning, filing, and emailing Proof of Deliveries (PODs). Managing courier inquiries, tracking shipments, and arranging returns. Providing additional support to the management team as needed.

A confident phone manner with excellent communication skills. A proactive team player who can also work independently. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Top-notch customer service skills, both written and verbal. A relationship builder, able to connect with both colleagues and clients.

Working Hours:



Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
