Full Time - Permanent
Location: Royston
Salary 30,000 basic pa / 35,000 OTE
Monday - Friday

About You



Mantles is looking for a confident and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to support the success of a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Liaise with the Sales team and complete sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included. Handle all pre-delivery related administration (e.g., vehicle registration, insurance, road tax). Manage the stock management system, reporting any technical problems as necessary. Keep stock list records complete and up to date for new, used, and fleet cars as appropriate. Liaise with the Sales Manager to ensure correct authorisation of registering new vehicles. Provide appropriate data input for customer database management. Attend all relevant training as requested. Maintain and update effective transaction records. Ensure all vehicle ordering is accurate and made within the given timeframes. Correctly allocate registration numbers and taxation for vehicles. Carry out all work in an organised manner, planning and prioritising tasks effectively. Use Pinnacle to help with processing sales (training can be provided). Comply with Mantles' processes and standards. Liaise with Used Car purchasing team, handling driver's calendar, processing documentation and progressing purchases. Liaising with New Car Managers and updating stock as required.

Desired skills and experience;



Administration/ Sales Administration experience. Experience within an automotive environment would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided. Effective communication and interaction with others. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (essential), and Pinnacle would be advantageous (but not essential)
