We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Finance Department.
This role is essential in delivering a high standard of service to our external stakeholders, ensuring that all sales-related administrative and financial processes run smoothly. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with the sales, finance, operations and service teams to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
Supports reception duties. First point of contact for all customers and visitors including meet and greet.
Manages all Customer telephone correspondence & enquires.
Process telephone payments
Accurately input and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring all orders are compliant with company policies and financial controls.
Support the Field Incident Reporting process
Co-ordinate transport with hauliers for collection or dispatch. Working closely with warehouse team.
Generate and issue invoices in line with agreed terms.
Maintain Equipment and Service records on CRM
Manage all Shipment documentation and tracking
Liaise with customers regarding invoicing, payment terms, and account queries.
Assist with audits and compliance checks related to sales transactions.
Collaborate with Finance to reconcile sales data and support month-end processes.
Ad hoc general & finance administration
Skills & Attributes
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
ERP systems experience advantageous
Previous customer service experience essential
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous
Logistics and export experience highly advantageous
