As a key player in our Retail Sales Department, you'll be the behind-the-scenes superstar supporting our retail sales teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our retail stores and customers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our sales team receive smooth, efficient, and compliant administrative support.

What you'll do day to day




Driving

sales success

by administering the process from vehicle sourcing to delivery. Supporting

our sales teams

by efficiently processing vehicles through every stage of the Group 1 sales journey. Ensuring

accuracy

by meticulously creating and maintaining detailed vehicle records. Contributing

to financial success

through timely and accurate invoicing. Streamlining

operations

by adhering to established processes and implementing improvements. Providing

exceptional customer service

by responding promptly to internal and external enquiries. Building

strong relationships

with our retail centre teams to foster collaboration.

Helpful skills and qualifications




A strong foundation in administrative tasks. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong IT skills and ability to input and process data. Excellent communication skills to build rapport and share information clearly. The ability to thrive under pressure and embrace new challenges. A collaborative spirit and a passion for managing multiple tasks efficiently. An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. A team-oriented approach to achieve shared goals.

Previous motor industry experience is a plus but not essential.
