Monday to Friday

8 hours
with a lunch break of 1 hour.
The duties of this post include:
Checking and inputting orders
Liaising with the Accounts and Shipping Department
Completing sales documentation in line with HM Revenue and Customs
Adjusting orders on the system ready for accurate invoicing
Generating despatch notes for UK and export sales
Review of returned despatch notes and recording claims
Keeping documents in order and up to date
Generating invoices and sending them to customers according to company procedures
Covering colleagues during periods of absence
Production of packaging reports
Production of log sheets for security
Production of stock reports
Communicate with customers
Matching deliveries with customer received goods
Checking and reporting customers overdue debt / providing customer statements
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of CPUK systems, including performing internal audits as required. (Audit theory and practice training will be provided)
Assisting in the training of CPUK employees and where applicable persons external to CPUK i.e. Agency workers and/or contractors
General administration duties
Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRC procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety.
Perform other such duties of a similar nature as from time to time may be required including any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
Appropriate dress for the job in hand which obeys all the relevant H&S regulations in force.
To achieve required standards in:
Stock Management
Quality and timeliness of reports
Ensuring customers' accounts are not overdue
To represent the organisation in communication with the clients and customers.
To represent the Sales Department in communications with internal customer -production, quality and Logistic Team being key.
To make decisions within the scope of the role.
The successful candidate must have:
Must be proficient in using SAP, Microsoft - word, excel, email etc.
Strong administration background - essential
Experience of producing reports
Experience of invoicing and dealing with customers
Experience in a similar sale or planning related role
SAP experience would be advantageous
