To provide administrative and operational support to the sales department, assisting in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, processing sales documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries via email or phone
Support the sales team with preparing quotations, order forms, and client-facing documentation
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer data and sales activity
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Prepare regular sales reports, data summaries, and sales forecasts for internal meetings
Track and manage orders, including issuing invoices, confirming payments, and follow-up with clients
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, exhibitions or product launch events
Liaise with suppliers and external partners to obtain relevant sales materials or pricing
Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and UK regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales administration or customer service (1+ year preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (desirable)
