We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the sales operations by supporting the team with administrative duties, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining excellent communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales manager.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer documentation.
Liaise with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM and internal systems.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Assist in coordinating sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Support invoicing and payment tracking in coordination with the finance department.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain team.
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and administrative procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Officer, or similar role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Knowledge or experience in the bakery or food production industry is a plus.
