Our aim is to provide each customer with an exceptional service that complements our extensive product range and caters individually to each customer's needs.

To play a key role in helping us sell our fantastic products at our Downtown Grantham store, we are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Adviser to further their earning potential working on our Lounge and Dining furniture sales teams, on a part-time basis.

This varied and engaging role focusses on offering an excellent customer service in a busy environment, building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations on a range of high-value products to maximise sales opportunities.

You must have great people skills and be passionate about offering customers a superb experience. Previous experience delivering sales in a similar environment would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

Hours are 18 per week usually worked during store opening times on three days a week, including weekend working during our busiest trading periods. A flexible approach to working days and times is required and you should be available to work a varying working pattern if required.
