Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in our fast-paced retail store. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experiences and the right candidate will drive sales through expert product knowledge and outstanding service rather than pushy sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Answer incoming phone calls and support customers with all enquiries. Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Passion for outdoor activities and shooting sports is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions
Working hours will be 9am until 5.30pm 5 days a week, including every Saturday.

We will be moving out to our Shooting Range at North Rauceby later this year so own transport will be needed.

Due to the nature of our business an enhanced Police check will be performed on successful candidates

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 45 per week
