Responsibilities:
Demonstrate an excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor
Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge
Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered
Possess strong interpersonal skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base
Work as a team to ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed
Ensuring cashing up and EOD reporting is executed correctly
Assist the management team in resolving all client issues/complaints quickly and effectively
Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy back of house
