Due to the nature of this role and our pop up being open over peak trading periods (Black Friday and the Christmas period) working hours may vary. Requirements: o Develop and implement creative visual merchandising concepts that align with brand guidelines and accelerate sales. o Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to translate into store. o Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and support. o Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs. o Assist with order processing and track shipments. o Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently. o Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and promote new promotions. Essential Experience and Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Experience in retail or sales environment preferred. o Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. o Good organisational skills and attention to detail. o Passion for fashion and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
