Working hours:

25,500 depending on experience (OTE up to 40,000)

What you'll be doing:

Dealing with storage enquiries - there is no cold calling!

Advising customers on the best storage solution to fit their needs

Selling merchandise and insurance

Booking removals jobs

Ensuring excellent customer service and complaint handling

Office administration, including invoicing

Managing stock levels of packaging supplies

What we're looking for:

Experience in a retail sales / customer service role

Confident sales skills, both in person and on the phone

An enthusiastic and friendly manner with a positive attitude

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Honed organisation and time management skills

The ability to work both within a small team and independently

A keen desire to learn and develop new skills
