The Zip Yard is the UK & Irelands No.1 clothing alteration business.
The Ballymena store is now looking for a Sales Assistant to work 13-26 hours per week. Generally the hours would be 8.45am-3.15pm (although subject to change) and would include Saturdays.
You will be responsible for serving customers, detailing their requirements on the internal EPOS system and actioning customer collections. In addition you will be required to allocate work to each seamstress, check the quality of all work to ensure that our high standards are maintained at all times. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as this is paramount in delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and having an eye for detail are also a prerequisite for the role. Full training will be given.
