12.86 per hour (+2 per hour for night shift)

Night Shift Premium:

Additional 2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am - 6:00am

Available Shifts

Night Shift:

37.5 hours per week (includes night premium)

Day Shift:

30 hours per week

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious travel retail operator for Sales Advisors to join a busy duty-free retail team at Belfast City Airport. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment engaging with international travellers. The role requires excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers and visitors Operate tills accurately, including cash and card handling Maintain fully stocked shelves through regular replenishment Assist with merchandising and product displays Keep the store clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Adhere to airport security and retail compliance procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous retail or customer service experience (airport or high-street welcome) Comfortable working night shifts and in a secure environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a high-footfall setting Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience with merchandising or stock handling is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 20,061.00-29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
