Duties

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilise strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets. Maintain an organised workspace and keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential. Demonstrated organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach with the ability to drive sales through effective engagement strategies.
