Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Salesperson to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and driving passive sales through product knowledge and relationship-building.

We are a shed sales business therefore someone mathematically savvy would have an advantage.

We will provide training and knowledge transfer of local logistics, which is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

- Provide detailed information about our products/services and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

- Process orders, handle payments, and update customer records.

- Follow up with potential and existing customers to provide order status.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Bonus is offered for answering phone and chats in a timely manner as well as upselling.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and find solutions.

- Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.

- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred but we are open to train if able to foster good interpersonal relationships.

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Comfortable working in an office environment.

- Proficiency in basic computer systems and software is a plus.
