LTK Consultants Ltd is a Birmingham based leading Automotive Consultancy working with top brands such as Vauxhall, Peugeot Vauxhall, and Fiat. Our contact centre is the foundation of our company focusing on Vehicle Sales, customer care, whether that be Parts, Service, or Accident Repair.
We have a strong reputation for providing outstanding customer service and we are looking to expand our team within our branch located in the Birmingham Business Park. We are looking for team members who are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and likeminded to join us.
Responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact for inbound calls for customers interested in a new vehicle
Provide outstanding customer service solutions to all customers
Outbound calls to customers who have expressed an interest online
Establish the customers' needs by building a rapport and qualifying the customers' requirements.
Follow call scripts and company procedures for smooth interactions
Log detailed and accurate notes on the in-house systems
Ensure all customer interactions are recorded for future reference
Use of the CRM and booking systems to build an accurate profile of the customer needs
Follow all data protection regulations and adhere to call handling guidelines
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets.
This role will consist of a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, on average this will total around 120 calls per day
Skills and Experience:
2+ years customer service will be essential for this role
Sales experience is desirable
Automotive experience is desirable
Live chat experience is desirable
