Kooltech was established in 1979 and has grown to be one of the largest privately owned distributors of refrigeration and air conditioning products in the UK.

The head quarters are located in Glasgow, this is a bespoke and purpose built facility which opened in 2016. Kooltech has a national footprint of 7 strategically located branches throughout the UK.

We are branded the "UK's Exclusive Distributor" of Mitsubishi Electric's full range of air conditioning equipment, this relationship spans over 25 years.

The product range can be found in major hotels, commercial buildings and retail chains nationally. Kooltech also provide the ancillary materials necessary to install and service air conditioning and refrigeration equipment throughout the UK.

We are looking for an Internal Sales Adviser to join our expanding and progressive team.

Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor



Handle a multitude of different customer enquiries both over the telephone and face to face at the trade desk. These could be sales enquiries, processing quotations, planning deliveries, answering product related questions, up selling and helping customers solve problems. The Internal Sales Advisor will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. The role is varied and you will work as part of a branch team. You will be expected to help in the warehouse, this could be picking orders, receiving supplier deliveries and operating the fork-lift truck.

Are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a busy environment in a team with a varied range of tasks, this could be the opportunity for you. It is expected that this person is proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel) and has experience of using ERP systems.
