As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with the signup process, and ensuring an enjoyable experience to create long-term customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate product knowledge will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct sales pitches to showcase features and benefits Utilise effective etiquette when handling customer inquiries Maintain professionalism Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not necessary as coaching is provided Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Student mentality
