Duties
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct negotiations to close sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
Proficient in IT systems relevant to sales processes, including CRM software.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
