brand-new store

, and we're looking for passionate, friendly and curious people to join us from day one.

You'll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of

2 days, please note interviews for this role will not take place before mid-September.

A Day in the Life of a Whittard Sales Advisor

As part of our opening team, you'll help set the tone from the very first cup poured. You'll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every customer leaves with a smile - and a story to tell.


You'll be:

A Customer Champion

You'll welcome each guest, start conversations, and make sure they get the most out of their visit - whether it's tasting something new, finding the perfect gift, or learning about our heritage.

A Product Expert in the Making

You'll learn all about our teas, coffees, hot chocolates and brewing tools - so you can help customers explore the range and make confident choices. You'll bring our products to life through sampling and storytelling.

A Sales Star

You'll be proactive in helping customers find what they need (and maybe a few things they didn't know they needed!). You'll talk through bundles, promotions and new arrivals to help increase basket size and create a memorable experience.

A Team Player from Day One

You'll help build a positive, supportive store culture - sharing knowledge, pitching in during busy moments, and cheering each other on. You'll also play your part in onboarding new colleagues as they join the team.

An Operational All-Rounder

Whether it's stocking shelves, keeping the shop floor tidy, or helping with tills and deliveries, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll take pride in the details - because they all add up to a great customer experience.
