Duties
-Inbound and outbound calling to customers which are new and existing
-Taking information correctly
-Inputting data into systems efficiently.
- Maintain an organised approach to managing customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism.
- A proactive approach with the drive to meet and exceed sales, targets and goals.
- Familiarity with basic IT systems
- Strong organisational skills.
Basic pay plus OTE earnings taking salary to
level one earnings of 29,000
level two earnings of 38,000
