What You'll Do:

Handle

inbound leads

and convert them into sales for home EV charger installations. Conduct

outbound follow-ups

with warm leads to maximize conversions. Explain product features, installation process, and pricing to customers.

Upsell and cross-sell

additional services where relevant. Arrange installations in a way that suits both the customer and our installers

(optimized geographically to ensure efficiency).

Close deals effectively

by handling objections and offering tailored solutions. Work towards and

exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in

B2C sales

, preferably in

home improvements, renewable energy, or EV charger installations but not neccessary.

? Strong ability to

close deals and exceed targets

? Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls
? Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

? Highly

organized

with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads
? A

self-starter

who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
? Tech-savvy and able to learn product details quickly
